I have this books and thought it was worth reading. I sell hair care products, so I didn’t opt for the products. But, I highly recommend reading this book. I went to her website and loved her reviews on other books that spreading myths.

I ordered Cathy’s book and her products in Feb. of this year. I started implementing her instructions on hair care and i have seen amazing results. My hair would never grow past SL, but in the past 7 months it has grown 4 inches. It would always grow but i wasnt keeping the length until i learned about keeping my hair moisturized. THE BOOK WAS WORTH IT!
