I was channel surfing and came across a beautiful head of hair on Miss America: Countdown to the Crown on TLC. The huge natural braidout belonged to model Shakara Ledard. She was teaching the ladies how to walk the runway and I couldn’t take my eyes away from her hair! Never heard of her before today, but her hair deserves a special mention.
