Reverse Grey Hair with Blackstrap Molasses

February 9, 2009

You can Reverse Grey Hair with Blackstrap Molasses by using this recipe.

Last week, I posted a molasses hair recipe that is used to soften and strengthen your tresses. While searching the internet yesterday, I found even more benefits for using molasses… specifically blackstrap molasses. It is said to be a natural remedy for turning premature grey hair back to its original color. I know most people don’t want to drink it straight up so I listed an recipe below to help you out ;)

Iced Molasses Recipe

What you need: 1 tablespoon Blackstrap Molasses, Hot Water, 3/4 cup milk of choice, and Ice.

Directions: Add molasses to a glass and add just enough hot water to cover the molasses. Stir until dissolved. Add ice and then top off with milk. It tastes yummier if you blend the whole concoction.

Enjoy!

I heard about this before, blackstrap molasses is commonly used in horses feed to enrich their coat too and it does work.
