Oprah showed off her natural hair on Friday’s live show. She has been getting a lot of tweets via twitter about whether her new straight style is a weave. The questions were put to rest when she presented a picture of her thick and gorgeous hair before she gets a press and curl. Here’s what she said on the show…
“Am I wearing a weave? Everybody’s like, ‘Oprah, we love your weave.’ This is not a weave, this is my hair!”
Best friend and Friday co-host Gayle King yelled “Yowzer!” Yowzer is correct… that’s a lot hair on her head. Go Oprah!

Wow! I am so inspired! I stumbled across your blog, Dani, in search of hairstyles (with pics) to wear while transitioning from relaxed to natural hair.
What inspires me more, is that you are a real life figure ( as opposed to “larger -than -life” or “public”) who shares the journey with the rest of the real life-ers! (lol)
