I love the letter you wrote to your hair. I too have been too abusive to my hair, and I too am taking charge of the situation. I will too commit to being better to my beautiful locs. I’ve been growing them for 8 years and am on the verge of cutting this all off and starting from scratch. Thanks for the encouragement…not to cut, but to pay closer attention to what’s going on.
Hi Jocelyn – I enjoyed your post. My name is Tyrone and I have to beautiful girls whose hair ranges in texture from being more kinky to more straight. We’ve had all of the discussions about how to best care for their hair in a non chemical way so I appreciate your views on this subject. I have also wondered why sisters haven’t risen up and demanded more from the chemical processor manufacturers, to make better, safer products. Thanks for your postings.
Hi Jocelyn, how I really love the letter that you wrote to your hair. An inspiring story that everyone must have to learn for it teaches us lesson to love more our hair.
