I get a lot of questions via email about the short hairstyle picture at the top of my page. No, I’ve never had my hair cut that short… it’s a wig. I haven’t taken a lot of pictures with it on, but I generally wear short wigs any time I feel the need to cut my hair. It’s a pretty good method in helping me keep the shears away.
The wig pictured above is a human hair wig and I paid about $30 for it at Hairsisters.com. For the most part, everyone I wore it around thought it was my hair. I did have one cousin who straight called me out… but she knows a wig when she sees one, lol. The details are posted below for the ladies who need it.

It doesn’t really feel any different than any other wigs, and it came with clips in the back and front. I cut the clips out in the front and it still stays on fine. Go ahead and buy it… I get lots of compliments on it and it looks great!
oooo I love that wig on u …short hair does fit u well.. I’m thinking about transitioning… i may just invest in one of these
