Saudia Rashed, one of the beautiful ladies featured in the video below, asked me to check this out. It’s a comedy sketch about Black women in a beauty salon. Honestly, I didn’t find it too funny… maybe the natural hair vs. straightened hair is just a “blah” topic to me, and I felt the dose of hueism to be a bit much. But I did peep that horrible Dr. Miracle’s ad (I refuse to buy their hair products solely off of those disgusting ads… I’m going to make a post about that trash in the future) that makes me cringe every time I see it… so they definitely get props for that! Your thoughts?

It wasn’t funny. Try again!
lol love it
Gasp!
Is this what girls think of me when I press my natural hair sometimes?
I look just like the three girls for most of the year, but sometimes I want a changeup.
I didn’t really laugh at all…I laugh when I see those horrible Dr. Miracle’s ads, though!
It that what we do now? trip people up because of they’re different from us? pass.
and why are they scratching their heads like that? did I miss something?
I didn’t get it, what was the message of that piece?
Ok that was stupid. I’m hella pissed because that “whatever they call it” video is annoying. I don’t scratch my head like that and why should a woman with natural hair trip or hate over a woman with straight hair? :@ Not nice at all…
