I discovered Esperanza Spalding after watching a live webcast of her at the White House Poetry Jam. She did an amazing rendition of Lauryn Hill’s song Tell Him. I loved the performance, but I was so drawn to her beautiful afro hairstyle. See… I love big hair which you can probably tell from my recent rollerset hairstyle and I wanted to share a few pictures with you of Esperanza’s natural hair.
