
Diahann Carroll is the ultimate diva, and we love her at Hair Milk. She was the first Black woman to star in her own television series, Julia, and opened so many doors for Black actresses. Without her there would have been no Claire Huxtable or Vivian Banks roles. She just released a new book, The Legs Are the Last to Go: Aging, Acting, Marrying, and Other Things I Learned the Hard Way, a few months ago that I just finished reading and highly recommend.
