Avocado Hair Recipe

This has to be the best Avocado Hair Recipe I’ve tried. It’s a simple conditioner masque, and made my hair extra yummy from ultimate moisture.

What you need: 1 Avocado, Coconut Milk

Directions: Peel and mash avocado. Next, combine avocado with coconut milk. You can mash it all together or throw it in a blender like I did until it’s smooth and thick. Last, apply to hair and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

Hi Dani,
First I LovE your site. I am on it so much that I mistook someone for you on the train earlier this week. lol SO anywho, Lately I have been using Avocado for the past couple weeks as a DT and it has been working wonders with my hair. I did a treatment with 1/2 Avocado, 1 Egg yolk, 1-2 tablespoons of each oil (Olive, Coconut, Peppermint, Jamaican Black Castor, and Shea) **you can substitute oils** I mixed the ingredients together and left it on my hair for maybe an hour ( I was cleaning lol) The peppermint oil gives you that tingling feeling and soothes your scalp and the various oils and avocado moisturize your scalp while the egg gives it strength. My hair FELT SOOOO soft and strong. THE only thing is you have to wash it out very well so you don’t get rinds in your hair. ALL In ALL I love how Avocado works in my hair. Thought I’d share the recipe with you. See ya!! :-)
