Aubrey Organics Blue Camomile Hydrating Shampoo Review

Aubrey Organics Shampoo

Name: Aubrey Organics Blue Camomile Hydrating Shampoo

Price: $9.98

Rating: 2 out of 5

Product Promise: Cleanses & conditions for soft, shiny, manageable hair.

The Review: I’ve been searching for more natural and organic options since I started my hair care journey. One of the brands that always came up was Aubrey Organics. I loved a few of their products, but this shampoo was not one of them.

It has a gel like consistency and lathers really well. However, after I finished shampooing there was nothing soft or manageable about the condition of my hair. Yes, my hair felt pretty clean after using it… but it also left my hair feeling very dry and stripped. Not only was it dry and stripped, my hair was a tangled mess after I used this product.

This was one of those cases when the natural and organic hair product didn’t even come close to doing a better job than the salon and drug store counterparts that use the so-called “bad” ingredients. It’s also why I say use whatever works for you, because if I didn’t know any better… I would have had to pull an Ateeya and cut all those tangled knots that it left out of my hair. It was that bad!

If you still want to try it out or you’re just a fan of their natural hair products… Aubreys Organics is currently having a “buy 2 shampoos get 1 conditioner free sale” on their website right now.

Ingredients: Deionized Water, Coconut Oil-Corn Oil Soap, Organic Aloe Vera, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein (made from organic, non-GMO soybeans), Carrageenan, Organic Shea Butter, Horsetail Extract, Coltsfoot Extract, Linoleic Acid (Vitamin F), Aubrey’s Preservative (Citrus Seed Extract, Vitamins A, C and E), Organic Blue Camomile Oil.

I have the Rosa Mosqueta shampoo and hate it.

It leaves my hair feeling stripped.

However, I am one of many that SWEAR by the conditioners. Honeysuckle Rose is my favorite.
